We then approach these prospects with discretion to generate interest in the situation. Finally, we assist in negotiating a transaction in conjunction with the seller's legal, tax, and accounting advisors.
PIBC can assist buyers in identifying their goals in connection with specific acquisitions or an entire acquisition program. We coordinate or perform a search to identify qualified candidates, screen them and conduct preliminary negotiations.
