Mr. Miller was a co-founder of PIBC in 1983 and is active in all aspects of the business. He participates in or oversees the firm's corporate finance activities and is also very active in the evaluation and litigation support areas. Mr. Miller has extensive experience as an expert witness in valuing businesses and securities, damages in individual and class action matters, the proper conduct of the investment banking business, and the operation of the securities markets.
